Due to the customized nature of coaching services, payments for consultations, coaching programs, training plans, nutrition guidance, and wellness services are generally non refundable once services have begun.

Because coaching programs often involve preparation, planning, scheduling, and other work completed before the official start date, eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each request.
